Deerfield Inn is nestled in the beautiful landscape of Hayesville , North Carolina. Each of the 20 guest rooms; three kings and 17 two queens, are appointed differently and uniquely with comfort and charm for our guests to enjoy. All rooms have a stunning south facing view of Lake Chatuge and the distant Blue Ridge Mountains. Outside seating areas provide several places to relax, refresh and soak in nature’s beauty.
