We have two great North Carolina golf courses close to us with beautiful views of the Blue Ridge mountains and Lake Chatuge.  And there are two courses in nearby Georgia you can enjoy as well.  The bass fishing is great here too!  And then there's the Appalachian Trail, trout fishing, boating, hunting, lots of unique shops and excellent dining choices.
